Who is responsible

What this site collects

• No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no fonts or scripts from other companies.
• The free listing check runs entirely in your browser. What you paste is not sent to us or anyone else and is not stored. If you press "Email this check to Leo", your own email program opens with the text filled in; nothing is sent until you send it.
• The order form works the same way: it only fills an email in your own email program; nothing is sent until you send it. "Copy" buttons put text on your clipboard only.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Links to news articles on other websites only take you there when you click them; those sites' own privacy policies apply.

When you email us or order

We use your email address, name and the texts you send only to answer you and to carry out your order. Native reviewers receive only the texts they review, without your name or company. We keep emails and order records as long as needed for the order and as required for business records.

Businesses we write to

We sometimes email companies, such as Amazon agencies, about our services. We use the business contact details a company publishes on its own website (for example a hello@ address) and public information about its services; for a named contact, occasionally a business-contact database (Apollo.io). We keep the company name, the address, our notes and the dates of contact. If there is no reply, we delete them at the latest 12 months after the last contact. If you reply, we keep the exchange as described above. Every email says how to stop further emails: if you reply "no" or object, we stop for good and keep only what we need to make sure we don't write again. In the UK and EU, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses.

Service providers we use

• Google (Google Workspace): our email. Data may be processed in the USA and other countries.
• Anthropic (Claude): AI tools for drafting and checking texts and emails. They may see the texts, names and business contact details we work with. Data may be processed in the USA.
• Notion: our list of business contacts and orders. Data may be processed in the USA.
• Apollo.io: business-contact database, only to find a named contact's work address. Data may be processed in the USA.
• If you pay by bank transfer, we receive your name and account details from our bank, and keep them with the order records.
• Cloudflare: hosting of this website (see above). Data may be processed in the USA and other countries.
• If you order through Fiverr or Upwork, their privacy policies apply to what you share there.

Where these providers process data outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, they rely on safeguards recognised under Swiss and EU data protection law, such as the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by email. If you're in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Switzerland, to the FDPIC. In the UK, you can complain to the ICO. You can object to our emails at any time; we then stop for good.
